The SeaChoice database
Our website features the SeaChoice database at right, a unique online resource that you can use to search for seafood of interest to you. You can sort information by various filters that include: species/common name, ranking, location and gear. By clicking on your species or fishery of interest, you can visit pages that clearly summarize the rationale for rankings assigned to individual fisheries, showing the key points associated with each of the five criteria used for assessment. Information is summarized in tabular format to show the main differences among fisheries. We encourage you to examine the available information for yourself via the SeaChoice database. You will also find full PDF versions of assessment reports for download.
