We pledge:

  • To serve no wild-caught or farmed seafood on the SeaChoice red “avoid” list.
  • To instead utilize seafood on the SeaChoice green “best choice” list as much as possible.
  • To use our talents to introduce new dishes demonstrating that sustainable seafood is also delicious to eat.
  • To communicate our commitment—with our suppliers, peers and the public—so others will join us.
  • To educate our staff about the ocean-friendly seafood with daily feature boards and an annual presentation.
