- To instead utilize seafood on the SeaChoice green “best choice” list as much as possible.
- To use our talents to introduce new dishes demonstrating that sustainable seafood is also delicious to eat.
- To communicate our commitment—with our suppliers, peers and the public—so others will join us.
- To educate our staff about the ocean-friendly seafood with daily feature boards and an annual presentation.
